How to reach AllCloudShop support on Telegram or WhatsApp, and what to include in a message so the first reply is the useful one.

Two ways to reach us

Support runs on Telegram and WhatsApp. Both buttons sit on this page, so pick whichever app you already keep open and write in your own words. There is no ticket form to fill in and no queue number to quote.

Messages are read in the order they arrive. Sending the same question to both channels does not move it forward any faster, so choose one and stay in that thread.

What to put in the first message

A reply is only as fast as the detail in the question. Three things cover almost every case.

  • The order number from your WooCommerce confirmation, if the order is already placed.
  • The provider the question concerns, named exactly as it appears on the listing.
  • The variant you bought or plan to buy, copied from the product page.

Add a sentence about what you were doing and what you expected to happen. Screenshots of an error message help more than a description of one.

Questions people usually ask

Before ordering, most messages are about what a variant name covers, whether a provider suits a particular workload, or which listing to choose between two similar ones. After ordering, they are usually about the status of an order or about something that looks different from the product description.

Policy questions have written answers already: see the refund policy, the terms of service and the FAQ. Browsing questions are often settled faster by the marketplace itself.

Who you are writing to

You are writing to AllCloudShop, an independent marketplace. We are not a provider, not a reseller acting on a provider's behalf, and not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the twenty-two platforms in the catalogue. Requests that only a provider can handle, such as anything inside their own account or billing systems, have to go through that provider's own support.

Talk to us directly

Use either channel to ask about products, plans, availability, orders or purchasing. Both reach the same support team.
