Privacy Policy
A plain account of the information AllCloudShop collects, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and how to ask for access or deletion.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what AllCloudShop does with the information you give it while browsing this site, placing an order, or writing to support. AllCloudShop is the operator of this store and is referred to below as "we" and "us".
It is written in plain language and kept deliberately general. It does not make claims about any particular legal regime, and it does not invent a registration number, a postal address or a named data protection officer. Where a section describes a third party, such as a payment processor or a messaging app, that company handles your information under its own policy rather than this one.
Information we collect
Most of what we hold is information you typed in yourself. Three routes account for nearly all of it.
At checkout
WooCommerce collects the details an order needs in order to exist: the name and contact details you enter, the products and variants you selected, the amount charged, the currency, and the status of the order. If the checkout asks for a billing address, that is stored with the order too. Payment card numbers and similar payment credentials are entered into the payment processor's own flow and are not stored by this site.
When you create an account
If the store allows registration, WordPress stores the username, the contact address you supplied and a securely hashed password. Your order history is linked to that account so you can see it again later. You are not required to add anything beyond what the registration form asks for.
Automatically, as you browse
Like most websites, this one records ordinary technical information when pages are requested: the IP address of the request, the browser and device type it reports, the pages visited and the time of the visit. Server-level logs of this kind exist mainly for security and troubleshooting.
How the information is used
- To process and fulfil the orders you place, and to send you the confirmations attached to them.
- To answer questions you ask through support, and to look up an order you are asking about.
- To keep records of transactions, so that a past order can be checked or resent.
- To keep the site working and to investigate errors, abuse or fraudulent activity.
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade contact details to advertisers or data brokers. Marketing messages are not part of the ordinary order flow; if a mailing list is ever offered, joining it is a separate choice you make yourself.
Cookies
WordPress and WooCommerce set a small number of cookies that a shop cannot function without. They remember what is in your cart between pages, keep a checkout session together, and, if you sign in, keep you signed in. WordPress also sets a cookie when you log in and may set one if a comment form is used.
These are functional cookies rather than advertising ones. Blocking or deleting them in your browser is entirely possible, but a cart that cannot remember its contents makes checkout unworkable, so the practical effect is that shopping stops working properly.
Analytics
Analytics are used only if the store owner has enabled an analytics tool. When one is switched on, it typically records aggregate visit information such as which pages are popular, roughly where visits come from, and which links are followed. That kind of measurement is about traffic patterns, not about identifying individual readers.
If no analytics tool is enabled, none of that collection happens at all. Because this is a configuration choice rather than a fixed feature, this page does not name a specific analytics provider.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors configured by the store owner. When you pay, the information needed to complete the transaction is submitted to that processor, which then confirms the result back to the store. What comes back to WooCommerce is a transaction outcome and a reference, not your full payment credentials.
Each processor is an independent company with its own privacy policy, its own security practices and its own retention rules. Before paying, it is reasonable to read the policy of whichever processor the checkout presents to you.
Support conversations
Support runs on Telegram and WhatsApp. When you message us there, the conversation travels through that platform and is stored by it, under that platform's own terms and privacy policy. Your phone number or account handle becomes visible to us as part of the conversation, because that is how messaging works.
We use what you send only to answer the question you asked. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or other credentials in a chat; an order number and a description of the problem is all a support conversation needs.
When information is shared
Information leaves the store in a small number of predictable situations: with the payment processor, so a payment can be taken; with the hosting and email services that keep the site and its confirmations running; and where sharing is genuinely necessary to respond to a legal obligation or to investigate fraud or abuse. Beyond that, order details stay where they are.
How long records are kept
Order records are kept for as long as they are useful for record-keeping, support and accounting. That is what lets someone ask about an order months later and get a sensible answer. Account details stay while the account exists. Technical logs are short-lived by nature and are cycled out as new ones are written.
Where a record is no longer needed for any of those purposes, it is removed or reduced. No fixed retention period is quoted here, because inventing one would be less honest than describing the principle.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for something inaccurate to be corrected, or ask for your information to be deleted. The route for all three is the same: message support through the contact page, with your order number if the request concerns an order.
Two practical limits apply. We need enough detail to find the right records, so a request without an order number or a matching contact address may be hard to act on. And some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting purposes even after a deletion request, in which case we will say so rather than quietly keep them.
Keeping information safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to the store administration is restricted, and payment credentials are handled by the processor rather than stored here. No online service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. On your side, a strong and unique password on any account you create is the single most useful precaution.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the store changes, for example if a different payment processor is configured or an analytics tool is turned on. The current version is always the one published on this page, so it is worth a fresh read if something about the store has visibly changed.
Questions about anything above, including a request to access or delete your information, go through the contact page. The terms of service and the refund policy cover the commercial side of the same relationship.
Questions about an account or an order?
Ask about products, variants, availability or purchasing on either channel.
