FAQ
Thirty-three answers covering how ordering works, what a variant name states, how support runs, how payments are handled and why this marketplace is independent.
Ordering and checkout
The buying flow is a standard WooCommerce one. These are the questions that come up between opening a listing and seeing an order confirmation.
How do I place an order?
Open the listing for the provider you want in the marketplace, choose the variant that matches your requirement, and add it to the cart. From the cart you continue to checkout, fill in the contact details the order needs, and complete payment. An order confirmation follows, with an order number attached.
Do I need to create an account on this site to buy?
That depends on how the store is configured when you order. WooCommerce can accept a guest checkout or ask you to register, and the checkout page will tell you which applies. Registering has one practical advantage: past orders stay visible in one place instead of only in your email.
Can I buy several providers in one order?
Yes. The cart holds multiple products, so a single order can combine listings from different providers, or several variants of the same one. Each line item is still handled separately after the order is placed, since each belongs to a different platform with its own sign-in.
How long does an order take to be fulfilled?
No fixed turnaround is promised here, because it varies with the provider, the variant and how busy the queue is. Quoting a number that might not hold would help nobody. If you need a sense of timing before committing, ask on Telegram or WhatsApp and mention the listing and variant.
What contact details should I use at checkout?
Use an address you actually monitor, and check the spelling before submitting. Order confirmations and follow-up messages go to the details on the order, so a typo is the most common reason someone thinks nothing has happened. If you spot a mistake afterwards, say so through support with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Ask through support as soon as you can, quoting the order number. Whether a change is still possible depends on how far the order has progressed, so this is handled case by case rather than by a blanket rule. The refund policy describes the general approach to raising issues with an order.
Where do I find my order number?
It appears on the confirmation screen immediately after checkout and in the confirmation message sent to your contact details. If you registered an account, it is also listed in your order history on this site. Keep it somewhere retrievable, since every support conversation about an order starts with it.
Accounts and variants
Variants are where most pre-purchase questions live, because the name of a variant is also its specification. These answers explain how to read them.
What exactly is a variant?
A variant is one specific configuration of an account on a given provider, and its name states what it is. Names describe things like a compute quota expressed in vCPUs, a number of servers or instances, a credit balance, a trial status, or a capability, such as outbound port 25 being open. Each variant carries its own price.
How should I interpret a variant name?
Literally, and no further. A name citing a vCPU figure describes an account whose compute quota supports up to that figure as stated, and a name citing a server count describes an account set up for that many servers. Nothing beyond the stated name is implied. Where wording is ambiguous, ask support before ordering.
Which variant should I choose?
Start from the workload rather than the price. Count the instances you expect to run, note whether you need a particular capability, then pick the smallest variant that covers it comfortably. If two listings look interchangeable, the Cloud Matrix comparisons and the Cloud Journal are written to help you decide.
Can I upgrade a variant later?
Variants here are separate products rather than steps on an upgrade path, so there is no automatic move from one to another. What happens once an account is yours, including anything you change inside the provider's own console, sits between you and that provider under their terms and their pricing.
What should I do first once I have an account?
Sign in at the provider, secure the credentials, and review the security settings the platform offers. Then set up whatever budget or billing notification it supports, so nothing surprises you later. The Cloud Journal covers these early steps in its Security Fundamentals and Cloud Fundamentals categories.
Does AllCloudShop manage the account after purchase?
No. The account is operated by you, in the provider's console, CLI and APIs, exactly as any other customer of that platform would. Support here answers questions about your order and about what a listing described. It does not run infrastructure, administer workloads or act inside a provider's systems for you.
Can I use an account for anything I like?
Only within the rules that already apply. Every provider publishes terms of service and an acceptable use policy, and those bind you from the moment you sign in. Our terms of service set the same expectation: no spam, no fraud, no abuse and nothing unlawful, on any account bought here.
Are prices per account or per month?
The price shown on a listing is the price of that variant as a purchase in this store, in US dollars, and it is exact. Anything the provider itself charges you afterwards, for usage, renewals or services you enable, is separate and is billed by the provider under its own pricing.
Support
Support runs on two messaging channels rather than a ticket system. The aim is a direct answer from a person who can see your order.
How do I contact support?
Through Telegram or WhatsApp. Buttons for both are rendered on the contact page, so open whichever app you already use and send a message. There is no separate form to complete, and no ticket reference to generate before you can ask something.
What should my first message contain?
Your order number if the order exists, the provider name as it appears on the listing, and the variant you bought or intend to buy. Add a sentence or two about what you expected and what you are seeing instead. That is usually enough for a useful reply without a round of clarifying questions.
When are the channels answered?
Messages are read and answered in the order they arrive, and no specific response window is promised. Writing to both channels at once does not advance your place, so it is better to pick one and keep the conversation in a single thread where the history stays together.
Can support help with a technical problem inside my provider account?
In general terms only. Questions about what a listing described, or about which variant matches a plan, are firmly in scope. Configuring a virtual network, debugging a deployment or resolving something in the provider's own billing system is work for that provider's documentation and support, since only they can see inside their platform.
Can I ask questions before I buy?
Yes, and it is the better order of operations. Ask about a variant name, a provider's suitability for a workload, or the difference between two similar listings before money changes hands. Pre-purchase questions are answered on the same channels as post-purchase ones.
In what language should I write?
English is the safest choice and the language the site is written in. Short, plain sentences travel better than long ones, and a screenshot of an error message carries more information than a paraphrase of it. Please do not send passwords or other credentials in a chat message.
Payments and refunds
Payment handling is a store configuration rather than a fixed feature of this page, so these answers stay general on purpose.
Which payment methods can I use?
Whichever methods the store has enabled at the moment you reach the checkout page. That list is configured by the store owner and can change, so the checkout page is the only accurate source. This FAQ deliberately does not name methods that might not be available when you read it.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Every variant price on every product page is quoted in USD and shown exactly, with no separate figure for you to calculate. If you pay from another currency, your own bank or payment service decides the conversion rate and any fee attached to it.
Who processes the payment?
A third-party payment processor, chosen and configured by the store owner. Payment details are entered into that processor's own flow rather than being stored here, and the processor handles the transaction under its own terms and privacy practices. The privacy policy describes this relationship in more detail.
Will I get an invoice or receipt?
WooCommerce produces an order record holding the items, variants, prices and order number, and a confirmation goes to the contact details on the order. If you need that record again later, ask support with the order number and it can be resent to the same contact details.
Can I get a refund?
Refund questions are handled case by case after you raise the issue with support, rather than under a fixed window published here. The refund policy explains what to check before ordering, how to raise a problem, and what information to include when you do.
What if a charge looks wrong?
Contact support first, with the order number and a description of the charge you are seeing. Many discrepancies come from a currency conversion or a fee applied on the payment side rather than from the order itself, and checking the order record together is the quickest way to establish which.
Providers and independence
The catalogue spans twenty-two platforms, none of which has any relationship with this marketplace. These answers explain what that means in practice.
Is AllCloudShop affiliated with any of these providers?
No. AllCloudShop is an independent marketplace with no partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or reseller relationship with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or any other platform listed. Provider names, service names and product names appear on this site for description only, to say accurately what an account gives access to.
Which providers are in the catalogue?
Twenty-two in total: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud on the hyperscaler side; DigitalOcean, Linode, Akamai Cloud, Vultr, Hetzner, OVHcloud, UpCloud, Kamatera, Civo, Scaleway, Atlantic Cloud, BinaryLane, Contabo and CloudSigma among the developer clouds; and Heroku at the platform tier.
Whose rules apply to my account?
The provider's. From the first sign-in, your use of an account is governed by that platform's terms of service and acceptable use policy, and by whatever verification or compliance requirements it applies to its customers. Buying through this marketplace changes none of that, and nothing here is offered as a way around it.
What if a provider changes something about an account?
Providers control their own platforms, including limits, policies and enforcement, and they can change them at any time under their terms. Changes made on the provider's side after delivery are governed by that provider's terms rather than by this store. If you are unsure what has happened, contact support and describe what you see.
Can support contact a provider for me?
No. Only the account holder can open a case with a provider's support, and providers deal with their own customers directly. Questions belonging to a platform should go to its documentation and support channels, which is also where the most accurate answer will come from.
Where do I read the full terms?
Two pages cover it. The terms of service set out the conditions of buying here, including prohibited uses and the limits on what this store is responsible for. The privacy policy explains what happens to the information you provide at checkout and in support conversations.
Questions about an account or an order?
Ask about products, variants, availability or purchasing on either channel.
