Independent marketplace for cloud provider accounts across 22 providers

Terms of Service

The conditions of buying through AllCloudShop, covering orders, pricing, provider rules, prohibited uses, independence and the limits of our responsibility.

The agreement between us

These terms apply whenever you browse this site, place an order, or contact support. AllCloudShop operates the store and is called "we" or "us" below; the person buying is "you". Using the site means accepting what follows.

The terms are written generally and on purpose. They name no governing law, no court and no jurisdiction, because inventing one would be worse than leaving it out. Where local consumer law gives you rights, nothing here is intended to take them away.

What the marketplace sells

AllCloudShop sells access to cloud provider accounts, exactly as each product page describes them. A listing names the provider, and the variants under it state what the account is: a compute quota, a number of servers or instances, a credit balance, a trial status, or a stated capability. The variant name is the specification, and it should be read literally.

What you receive is an account on a third-party platform that you then operate yourself. We do not sell the provider's services, we do not resell their capacity on their behalf, and we do not control what any provider does inside its own systems. Anything the provider charges you afterwards for usage, renewals or additional services is between you and that provider.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. An order is accepted when we act on it, and we may decline or cancel an order before then. Reasons include an item being unavailable, a pricing or description error on the page, a payment that does not clear, or an order that appears connected to fraud or to a use prohibited below.

If an order is declined after payment, the payment for that order is returned by the same route it arrived, as far as the payment method allows. We may also limit quantities on a listing, or ask for clarification about an order before accepting it.

Contact details on the order matter. Confirmations and follow-up messages go to what you entered at checkout, so an address you monitor and have spelled correctly is a practical requirement rather than a formality.

Pricing and payment

All prices on this site are in US dollars and are shown exactly against each variant. Prices can change, and the price that applies to an order is the one displayed when the order is placed. Payment is taken through whichever third-party processor the store has configured at that moment, under that processor's own terms.

Currency conversion, card fees and similar charges are decided by your own bank or payment service, not by us, and they are not included in the listed price. Obvious errors, such as a price that is plainly wrong for a listing, do not bind us; where one appears, we will say so and cancel or re-issue the order rather than quietly proceed.

You are bound by the provider's rules

From the moment you sign in to an account bought here, your use of it is governed by that provider's terms of service, acceptable use policy, and any verification or compliance requirement the provider applies to its customers. Buying through a marketplace changes none of that.

Nothing on this site is offered as a way to avoid a provider's verification, security controls, anti-abuse systems or account restrictions, and we will not assist with attempts to do so. If a provider's rules and anything you read here ever appear to conflict, follow the provider's rules.

Prohibited uses

Accounts bought here must not be used for the following, on any provider:

  • Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or any mail activity a provider prohibits.
  • Phishing, malware distribution, credential theft or any form of fraud.
  • Attacking, scanning or overloading systems you do not have permission to test.
  • Hosting or distributing unlawful material, or infringing someone else's rights.
  • Evading a provider's security controls, usage limits, verification or enforcement actions.
  • Reselling or transferring an account in a way a provider's terms forbid.

These uses are prohibited whether or not the provider notices them. Where we become aware of an order connected to activity of this kind, we may decline it, stop dealing with the buyer, and decline further orders from them.

No affiliation with providers

AllCloudShop is independent. There is no partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, agency or official reseller relationship between this marketplace and AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, DigitalOcean, Linode, Akamai Cloud, Vultr, Hetzner, OVHcloud, UpCloud, Kamatera, Civo, Scaleway, Atlantic Cloud, BinaryLane, Contabo, CloudSigma or Heroku.

Provider names, service names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners and appear here only to describe accurately what an account gives access to. Nothing written on this site should be read as a statement made by a provider, or as a commitment a provider has given.

What you are responsible for

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give at checkout, for keeping the credentials of any account you receive secure, and for everything done with an account once it is in your hands. You are also responsible for deciding whether a given provider and variant suit your workload; the product pages, the Cloud Matrix and the Cloud Journal exist to help you make that judgement, but the judgement is yours.

Keeping your own backups of anything important, and keeping an eye on what a provider bills you, are ordinary parts of running infrastructure and remain with you throughout.

Limits of our responsibility

The site and its content are provided as they are. We take care to describe products accurately, but we do not promise that a page is free of every error, that the site is always available, or that a particular workload will succeed on a particular platform.

We are not responsible for what a provider does on its own platform, including changes to limits, policies, pricing or availability, or actions it takes under its own terms. Nor are we responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, downtime or business interruption arising from the use of an account. Where responsibility does fall on us for an order, it is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes, and how to reach us

These terms can be updated as the store changes, and the version published on this page is the one that applies. Orders placed before a change are read against the terms in force at that time. If a single clause turns out to be unenforceable somewhere, the rest of the terms continue to stand.

Refunds and order problems are described separately in the refund policy, and information handling in the privacy policy. Anything not answered by those pages or by the FAQ can be raised through the contact page.
